Sourced was shaped by a duo with contrasting backgrounds. Both 90s babies, Jian grew up in the vibrant streets of North London, while Emily hails from the picturesque town of Kinsale, Co Cork.

It's this fusion of urban energy and coastal charm that defines us. But it was during the pandemic that we found ourselves both settling in Kinsale, and from there, Sourced, was born.

Coffee on the sea wall with a friend when you’re maybe supposed to be working, reminiscent of the hurried lunch hours in central London. An unexpected pint that maybe turns into three or four unexpected pints in Kinsale or a pub crawl through Islington.

Going out to walk the dog and not coming home for hours just because you can or sitting on the Heath all day in the Summer. We know people who came here to Kinsale for a weekend and just never left. Like we say, there is something in the air.

So, we set out to capture that essence, to blend the vibe of London with the artisanal spirit and tranquility of our newfound home.

And thus, sourced was born.
